Personalization
Looking for a more personal gift? All of our little houses can be engraved with a personal message. Standard engraving can take five to seven business days to be complete. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding engraving.
Name or Message Engraving
When engraving names or a short message, please specify whether you want the text to be in all upper-case or upper- and lower-case. We recommend a standard font size that looks proportional to the house but we can adjust for special requests. We will engrave the text for your item exactly as you type it on the engraving form, so please check your text before completing your order.
Logo/Unique Artwork Engravings
We do engrave logos for an additional fee. We are happy to assist you with your company logo or special artwork for engraving, including digital mock-ups for you to preview the design.
We will need a suitable original file of your logo. The quality of your logo or artwork engraving, on the item you choose, will be directly related to the artwork provided. Before placing your order, you may email your file to hello@hauskaa.com for an estimate of your logo or artwork setup.
Returns
Engraved items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. If you should need to return an engraved item for these reasons, we will exchange your damaged or defective special order item for a new one.

Please double-check the spelling and other details of your engraving request before you submit your order. We are not responsible for spelling or engraving errors made by the customer. For more information, please contact us.
