Return Policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition. 

Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 days to process a refund. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Engraved items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. If you should need to return an engraved item for these reasons, we will exchange your damaged or defective special order item for a new one.

Engraving Errors:
Please double-check the spelling and other details of your engraving request before you submit your order. We are not responsible for spelling or engraving errors made by the customer.

  • What are the shipping options?

    We ship using the US Postal Service. Priority and Priority Mail Express options apply.

  • Can you gift wrap my order?

    Sure! It’s even on the house. Just let us know when you check out.

  • When will I receive my order?

    We anticipate that it will take 7-10 days to receive your order.

    ALERT: As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.

  • What do I do if I receive a product damaged in the mail?

    We are so sorry! Please send us an email at indicating the issue and include a picture of the damage so we can make it right.

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

    You can make changes within two hours after placing an order. Just email us at hello@hauskaa.com.
